Staff and location were wonderful, had a really good stay in pleasant location. I loved the room on first floor. The breakfast was with hot food and offered hot waffles, eggs and bacon.

I had a really amazing stay at this charming small hotel. Impeccably clean building, super location and extremely polite staff. I walked everywhere in Fredericksburg and restaurants and bars were near the place. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Plenty of food at continental breakfast. Smooth check-in, easy check-out.

Lively venue, inviting bar area, fab location close to restaurants. The generally nice personnel were more than helpful. They have variety of meals to choose from, the food is good.

Brand-new venue, with good pool and unbeatable location right off interstate. There were an electronic key card, a work desk and ironing facilities in the room, enjoyed that. Everyone was superfriendly and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was savoury and you could try hot waffles, eggs and bacon etc. Easy check out too. Carbonated drinks, great wifi were a nice surprise.

We would stay here again, our experience was extra special. Peaceful location for visiting Fredericksburg, it's short walk to interstate, the highway. Perfect breakfast, good service.

Low budget place overall, it is clean, location is easy near the highway. They offer hot waffles, eggs and bacon in the morning.

Everything was very good, consistently courteous staff, unbeatable location short walk to shopping center. The room was non-smoking and impressive, the beds were comfortable, included facilities we needed. The continental breakfast was savoury and incredible with oatmeal, pasteries plus bagels.

Secure location, so very helpful staff and reasonable prices...

Shame the bathroom was tight.

Enjoyed how impressive the property was. All the staff was understanding and we had a very quick check in. Double room had upgrades, it was warm and efficient.

All good - I loved my stay - food was brilliant and my bed was good. Functional unit. Everything was amazing as expected, however the bathroom was tiny. Top setting and restaurants and bars near the hotel. I visited cafe bar and tried complimentary drinks.

relaxing base for one night, felt like home. hot cuisine. the easy check-in process too. had no problem using their easy to access parking, the internet was free.

Hotel was perfect! Many thanks to clerk! The place is 6 miles away from Fredericksburg downtown. Lots of food at breakfast like cereal, yogurt and muffins.

The beds were comfy in our room. We truly enjoyed the Mexican cuisine in the restaurant.

Nothing beats being in Sleep Inn Southpoint. Thanks to manager, who often helped us. Our bathroom was large and we appreciated it. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Mione's Pizza and Subs that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Don't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit Fredericksburg Area Museum. No reason to complain with the venue. We really enjoyed staying at sleep inn southpoint. The hotel was adjacent to Manassas, VA train station...

We enjoyed food and comfort here. We had a car, so 10 minutes drive to spotsylvania courthouse. Best hotel experience.
